Tricep Exercise Double Overhead with the Smashbell

Short Description
  1. Start with arms bent and Smashbell behind the head.
  2. Move feet to stand at shoulder width, the whole body is stretched and forms a line.
  3. Stretch arms and bring Smashbell over the head.
  4. Bend arms and bring Smashbell back to the starting position.
Long Description
  1. Start by holding the Smashbell with both hands behind the head. The elbows should be bent and brought in as close to the ears as possible, without touching them.
  2. The feet should be shoulder width apart. The body should form a line from the feet to the head. The stomach muscles are held tight and the hips are extended.
  3. The arms are extended only from the elbows until they are completely straight. The arms should be extended upwards and the Smashbell is held above the head as a continuation of the spine. The elbows stay as best as possible in their position next to the ears.
  4. The forearms are brought back behind the head to reach the starting position. The elbows will bend and the upper arm holds its position.
Tips
Keep your body extended. The elbows should be fixed at one point close to the ears.
