Front of the shoulder (k)

The front of the shoulder is the frontal part of the deltoid muscle. This muscles can lift the arms and rotate the arms inwards. Typical exercises are the Front Lift and the Butterfly. Here we show you Smashbell exercises with the front of the shoulder involved.

Front Lift

Pull the shoulder blades together during the entire exercise so that the shoulders don’t roll forward.
